No. Identifying the right first project is part of my role. Bring the business problem, whether that’s rising costs, limited capacity or missed revenue. We’ll work through where AI could help.
What should I prepare?
Have one or two examples of work that slows your team down, the main software you use, and any rough estimates of the time or cost involved. You don’t need a presentation or a technical brief.
What does a Fractional AI Officer actually do?
I work with you as your AI leader on a part-time basis. I help choose the projects worth investing in, build the financial case and lead implementation with my team.
What do I receive in the first 30 days?
You get three AI-agent opportunities ranked by expected ROI, a financial case for the strongest opportunity and a 90-day rollout plan. You’ll understand the recommended project, its estimated cost and what it could return.
Will the AI solution be built within those 30 days?
The first 30 days cover assessment, validation and planning. Development starts after you approve the project scope, cost and timeline.
What does the 100% refund cover?
If I don’t identify your strongest AI-agent opportunity and quantify its expected ROI within the first 30 days of our engagement, I’ll refund your first-month fee in full. The guarantee covers that assessment, not a promise that projected savings will be realized within 30 days.
Can you work with our existing ERP and IT team?
Yes. We start with your existing systems and work with the people who manage them. We check what your software already supports, then determine what needs configuration, integration or custom development.
How do you calculate expected ROI?
We use your workflow volumes, time spent, labor costs and other relevant business data. We compare the estimated benefit with implementation and ongoing costs, and make the assumptions clear. Time freed up is shown separately from cash savings.
What happens after the first month?
Once you approve a project, I lead the work with my team, covering development, integration, testing and adoption. We agree on the ongoing engagement and implementation scope before proceeding.
